2017 Summer Camp Policy & Information

Refunds: A full refund will be issued if withdrawal is submitted in writing and received by the office no later than Friday, May 26th.

Discounts: There are no discounts for Summer Camps.

Attire: Leotards or shorts and T-shirt are appropriate attire. Clothing should be somewhat snug fitting and should not have anything that could catch or bind such as buttons, buckles or zippers.Shirts should be tucked in to pants. Hair must be secured in a ponytail or away from the face. The only jewelry allowed is small post earrings.

Pre-School Gymnastics Camp: Campers are to be dropped off and picked up at the gym and must be signed in and out with the instructor by a parent or guardian. If someone other than the parent or guardian will be picking up, then they (parent/guardian) must notify the office in advance. A snack and water will be provided.

Tumble and Art Camp: Campers are to be dropped off at the gym and picked up in the Art Room located in the Activity Center. Campers must be signed in and out with the instructor by a parent or guardian. If someone other than the parent or guardian will be picking up, then they (parent/guardian) must notify the office in advance. Tumble and Art campers need to bring a lunch and water bottle. A snack will be provided.

Lost or stolen items: Please do not send money or other valuables with your child. And do not lock valuables in your vehicle. SEG is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Miscellaneous: There are cubbies located in the gym for your childs shoes, snacks and other items. Please do not take their shoes with you when you drop them off. These will be needed during their break which will be held in the adjacent Activity Building.
