Recreational Classes Levels 1-2 (Ages 6+): Gymnasts receive instruction on vault, bars, beam, and floor. Activities such as rope climb, leg lifts, back arch mats, hoola hoops, jump rope, jump blocks, resistance bands, tumble track, trampoline, and foam pit aid in development of flexibility, coordination, muscle memory, and strength. Specific skill progression on each gymnastic apparatus is obtained in all recreational class levels. Gymnasts begin at REC 1 and progress individually through REC 2.
Girls Advanced Gym: 1-1/2 Hour Class for girls who have taken REC 2 and want to spend more time in the gym.
