Recreational Classes Levels 1-2 (Ages 6+):
Gymnasts receive instruction on vault, bars, beam, and floor. Activities such as rope climb, leg lifts, back arch mats, hoola hoops, jump rope, jump blocks, resistance bands, tumble track, trampoline, and foam pit aid in development of flexibility, coordination, muscle memory, and strength. Specific skill progression on each gymnastic apparatus is obtained in all recreational class levels. Gymnasts begin at REC 1 and progress individually through REC 2.

Advanced Gym:
Advanced Gymnastics enables gymnasts who have basic skills on each apparatus not only the ability to advance their skills, but also the opportunity to learn new ones. Gymnasts are able to increase their strength and flexibility as they progress. Gymnasts may enroll in one class per week or receive additional training in multiple classes. Advanced Gymnastics is recommended for those who wish to learn more gymnastic skills, but do not wish to compete as a member of Southeastern teams.
