Registration information will be entered by our clients to assure accurate and current information with regard to address, contact information, payment preference, etc. It is the responsibility of the client to update their data i.e. a new address, expired credit card, name change, etc.
SEG follows all guidelines issued by USAG and SafeSport. It is our expectation that all students do the same. There is no tolerance for any abuse, disrespect, bullying, theft, vandalism, etc. We work hard to keep our facility and equipment in the best condition possible. We expect all students to pick up after themselves, remove all possessions upon departure, and lock any valuables during their session.
Our Recreational class tryout requires a registration and payment prior to taking the class. The fee is $25.00. Scheduling of the tryout must be coordinated by the office to assure space is available.
Team tryouts must be coordinated with our Coaching staff. Potential team members should submit an email with a summary of accomplishments, recent meet scores, current level, etc. This will be reviewed by the Coaching Staff. If the process is to continue, two Team tryout sessions must be performed. Those sessions will be coordinated and booked by the SEG front office. A registration form and payment must be complete prior to the first session. The fee is $60 per session, a total of $120.00.
As policy, we do not offer make up classes. The only exception to this is with proven medical issues, which will need documentation from a Physician. Please note we will make best attempts to schedule make up classes due to medical reasons, but there are no guaranteed make ups.
Payments will be collected on the 1st of the month. We require a credit card on file or an auto draft program (ACH) be established. It is the responsibility of the client to keep all information current. Any payments after the 1st will be regarded as late and be subject to a $25.00 late fee. Any checks returned due to insufficient funds (NSF) will carry a $45.00 fee.
Proration of fees will be at the discretion of SEG. SEG may process all balances due in a timely manner via the payment method provided by the client.
Withdrawals from all Recreational classes require a two week written notice for Fall, Spring, and Summer sessions.
Withdrawal from all Team levels require a 30 day written notice at any point during the year.
All Summer Camp sessions are non-refundable, non transferable (except within immediate family members) and due with registration.
Gym Rules: Please try to be prompt for class. Allow time for your child to dress, use the restroom and properly prepare for the class. No gum or food is allowed on the gym floor. All siblings must be well supervised. Only registered students are allowed on the gym floor.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the gym or left tied up outside.
Campus Safety: Please walk your child to and from class. Do not park in front of the gym or leave your vehicle running unattended. Extreme caution must be used while driving on campus grounds.
We understand that on occasion things are erroneously left behind. Lost and found bins will be in the gym building. We will empty the contents of the bins each Monday morning as part of our cleaning process.
Southeastern Gymnastics values its visitors’ privacy. This privacy policy is effective June 6, 2013; it summarizes what information we might collect from a registered user or other visitor (“you”), and what we will and will not do with it.
Please note that this privacy policy does not govern the collection and use of information by companies that Southeastern Gymnastics does not control, nor by individuals not employed or managed by Southeastern Gymnastics. Southeastern Gymnastics does not sell, rent, or distribute any information to any third party. Information is used for business purposes only.
We require all clients to provide emergency contact information for each student enrolled.
We ask that you do not bring a gymnast if they have experienced a fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, vomiting, or diarrhea with in the last 48 hours.
We advise that gymnasts with preexisting medical conditions that cause them to be
immunocompromised to not participate in this sport at this time.
IN CONSIDERATION of the covenants herein contained and agreement with Southeastern Gymnastics, Inc., its officers, agents, and employees, for My Child, My Ward or Myself to receive instruction in Gymnastics and all activities incidental thereto, or to engage in gymnastics at Southeastern Gymnastics, Inc.
I do hereby release and discharge Southeastern Gymnastics Inc., it's officers, agents, and employees from all claims, demands, actions, judgments, and executions which I, my child or ward or our heirs, executors, administrators or assigns as applicable, may have, or claim to have, against Southeastern Gymnastics Inc., its agents or employees, for all personal injuries, known or unknown, and injuries to property, real or personal, caused by or arising out of the above-described activities. I assume for my ward or child, or I if applicable, all risks associated with those activities. I certify that I (or my child or ward if applicable) have no medical conditions that would be aggravated by or make it dangerous for me to participate in the above activities. I understand the risks involved with contagious diseases including, but not limited to, those with pandemic involvement, and release and discharge Southeastern Gymnastics Inc., its officers, agents, and employees from all claims, demands, actions, judgments, and executions which I, my child or ward, or our heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns as applicable, may have, or claim to have, against Southeastern Gymnastics Inc., its agents or employees as they relate to any personal illness, illness transmitted to others, and death or death of others resulting from all contagious diseases. I agree to abide by the posted rules and regulations of Southeastern Gymnastics Inc, including those pertaining to financial responsibility, and agree to follow the instructions of the staff.
