Recreational Gymnastics
This class is designed to teach beginners gymnastic skills on the vault, bars, beam, and floor. Skills (with assistance) will focus on pullovers, back hip circle, casts, and cast dismount. Emphasis will also be placed on flexibility and conditioning.
