Recreational Gymnastics
Students will continue to work on improving skills learned in Rec 1 and be introduced to new skills to prepare them for Advanced Gymnastics. Emphasis will be placed on vault, bars, introduction of jumps and leaps on the beam, floor skills, and flexibility/conditioning.
